What are the requirements?

The Lead Agile leadership training program is open to everyone. A specific degree (university, university of applied sciences, etc.) is not required. We expect active participation and the completion of tasks between the individual modules.

Who is the target audience?

With Lead Agile, we address managers and junior managers who are prepared to move outside their own comfort zone in a climate of mutual appreciation.

Limitation of the number of participants to max. 14

The simple fact is that smaller groups work more efficiently and achieve better results in less time. This is another point that sets us apart from schools and other course providers who "fill up" their events with up to 30 participants (!). With a maximum of 14 participants, it is possible to create a personal atmosphere. In this "protected" setting, you get to practise much more.

The LEAD Excellence leadership training impresses with its effective blended learning approach of iterative learning. Online seminars, action training, e-learning and individual coaching. This makes learning really fun!

Partnership between LEAD Evolution and Peakly

The public leadership training program L.E.A.D. is the result of a collaboration between the in-house action learning provider "LEAD Evolution" and the premium provider of executive education and training "Peakly". L.E.A.D. is based on the combination of leadership training, action training and the know-how from agile methods and principles. We have taken the best of all these approaches and developed a new, highly effective blended learning program.
