What are the requirements?
The Lead Agile leadership training program is open to everyone. A specific degree (university, university of applied sciences, etc.) is not required. We expect active participation and the completion of tasks between the individual modules.Who is the target audience?
With Lead Agile, we address managers and junior managers who are prepared to move outside their own comfort zone in a climate of mutual appreciation.Limitation of the number of participants to max. 14
The simple fact is that smaller groups work more efficiently and achieve better results in less time. This is another point that sets us apart from schools and other course providers who "fill up" their events with up to 30 participants (!).
